Browns Plains State School Design and Construct New Oval Amenities Block and Club House

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of the Club House and Amenities Block at Browns Plains State School located at Mayfair Drive, Browns Plains, Queensland 4118.

The scope includes completing the design to construct a new amenities block to the school oval with change rooms, toilets and a canteen/servery area. All works are to be completed by October 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
