Robertson SS Covered Link Replacement and Stair Remediation with Design Responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new two storey covered link at Robertson School, located at 688 Musgrave Rd, Robertson Qld 4109, as part of the Regoinal Minor Works program.

The scope includes demilition of the existing covered link and construction of a new suspended covered link and stair remediation works. All works are to be completed within 10 week from Letter of Acceptance.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
