Description
This tender calls for the refurbishment of 20 existing kitchens at occupied Department of Housing properties along the South East Metropolitan corridor. The works include the removal and replacement of asbestos in at least one property, cabinet renewal, plumbing, gas and electrical works as well as general trades - tiling, carpentry and painting.
The properties wil remain occupied for the duration of the works and contractors will be required to liaise with the tenants directly.
