The Works at the Armadale Police Station comprise an internal fitout and refurbishment of an existing vacated office space of approximately 400sqm, including electrical & data, mechanical and hydraulic services, flooring and fittings outlined in the specification and drawings. The police premises will remain operational during the works. Security screening and non-disclosure declarations apply to these Works
