Accommodation Refurbishment, Extension to Existing Car Park and Mechanical Works at Lamia Barracks, Moorebank

Internal and external Refurbishment to accommodation and buildings, Extension Works to Existing Car Parking Hardstand Area and Mechanical Works to Replace Air Conditioning Plant at Lamia Barracks Precinct, Moorebank.

The works include:
- Internal and External upgrade works to 15 accommodation buildings including carpet replacement, painting, kitchenette upgrade, roof painting and covered walkways painting;
- Mechanical works to replace air conditioning plant containing R22 refrigerant to a building within Lamia Precinct; and
- Extension of car park hardstand area.
