Description
The Department, on behalf of the Savage River Rehabilitation Project (SRRP), seeks technical advice for the possible development of thickened and depyritised tailings at the Savage River mine, with a view to potentially using the material as a cover to remediate the Old Tailings Dam. The SRRP involves the remediation of historical acid drainage sources on the Savage River mine site and is a cooperative project between the Department and Grange Resources.
