Description
ACIAR has identified the broad components involved in managing and recruiting of the ICCON program. These components include:
(a) Development and provision of a Transition Plan detailing the Supplier’s approach and methodology to transition the current 5 ICCON cohort from existing arrangements with the Incumbent Service Provider to the Supplier;
(b) manage recruitment – advertising, shortlisting and interviewing of candidates (in consultation with ACIAR) – of the communications Suppliers;
(c) manage the payment and other salary benefits to the Suppliers;
(d) manage the individual agreements/contracts for each Supplier recruited and the related human resources requirements to effectively manage the program, including payroll benchmarking positions in each country, recruitment and onboarding;
(e) provide advice and best practice for on-boarding Suppliers to ensure a smooth recruitment process;
