The scope of works for this project is multiple components of Building Works. These include the following:
• Replacement and/or refurbishment of external doors.
• Replacement of an elevator’s hydraulic mechanism and refurbishment of the elevator car interior.
• Provision of additional roof anchor points.
• Interior painting, carpet replacement and minor joinery refurbishment.
• Replacement of a boiler and the hot water pump.
• An extension to a build storage building structure.
• Upgrade of the overhead area lighting
• Implementation of traffic management recommendations.
• Installation of five signage pillars
