Construction Services for Parkville Relocation Project

Mandatory Requirements

a) Tenderers must attend a Mandatory Site Visit for this RFT, as specified in Item 5.10 of the Head Document.

b) The Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme requires Tenderers to be accredited for works valued at $4 million (GST inclusive) or more. If your proposed pricing exceeds $4 million (GST inclusive) the Federal Safety Commissioner Accreditation will apply to this procurement. More information is available at:

c) Tenderers must hold and include in their tender response a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record or a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office if your proposed pricing exceed $4 million (GST inclusive). Tenderers to refer to Item 5.2 c. and d. in the Head Document for more information.
