Shepparton High Rate Anaerobic Lagoon HRAL Switchboard Replacement Contract # 75/4115/20

Contractors who tender for work with a total of 100k or more will be required to have a third party certified safety system - e.g. AS/NZS 4801:2001

Description of Works :- All activities related to the replacement of existing 800A Indoor Main switchboard including but not limited to:

a. Design, manufacture, installation, testing, commissioning of 800A New indoor Main switchboard including exising Mains input, Generator input, Solar input, Changeover switch and multiple Motor control centers to replace the existing. Separate outdoor CT Metering panel and Generator connection box;

b. Design, construction of all associated civil works;

c. Decommissioning and removal of existing Main switchboard and Motor control centre;

d. Verification and re-termination of incoming mains, Solar input, Motor power and control cables, instrumentation and automation cables including new conduits, new cable trays where necessary;

e. Verification of all motor operation as per existing;

f. Seal all incoming cables and conduits to prevent exposure to outside hazardous environment; and

g. Make provision to keep critical loads in the lagoon running during the changeover.

Changeover period shall not be more than 3 weeks.
