Description
The Department of Finance and Deregulation is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Start-up Consultants to provide an Options Study and Statement of Requirements Brief for the proposed new office building on Block 3 Section 22 Barton, Australian Capital Territory.
The project will provide for a new office building and the continued conservation of a population of Golden Sun Moths, which inhabit Natural Temperate Grasslands on part of the Site.
Provide a high level Options Study to comparatively assess the feasibility and suitability of delivery models for the Project.
The Contractor is to develop a high level Options Study, consistent with the Master Plan, environmental consideration and Statement of Requirements Brief.
This is a single stage Request for Tender (RFT) process. Tenderers will be assessed on their response to the criteria detailed in the RFT documentation and by the value for money that the Tender provides for the Commonwealth.
