Internal refurbishment works including paint work to all surfaces (walls, ceilings, door and window frames), replacement of rotting/damaged timber, floor coverings (carpet, floorboards, vinyl) and upgrades to ablutions. External work includes paint work (weatherboard, timber, fascias, eaves, gutters, down pipes, door and window frames, safety bollards), upgrades to stormwater (gutters, rain water heads, downpipes), replacement of brickwork and rotting/damaged timber and removal of asbestos containing material as required.
