Audit of Lighting of Sporting Pitches

The scope of work is includes an inspection and assessment of Councils sporting facilities and Lighting structures, comprising but not limited to the following:

·Recording inventory details of each light including height, width, construction type, photographs.

·A component level condition inspection of each light & structure.

·An assessment of lux levels across the playing surfaces and comparison with current Australian Standards for the designated sport.

·An assessment of existing electricity capacity for the facility.

·Development of a schedule of costed maintenance, planned maintenance, renewal and compliance works over a 10-year period for each bridge.

·A risk assessment of each defect recorded.

·Development of a replacement cost (modern day equivalent), depreciated replacement cost and remaining life of each lighting structure.

·Development of an ongoing costed inspection program.

·Development of a costed capital improvement program (incl. any electrical upgrades to transformers etc) to ensure that Australian Standards are met for both training and competition.

·Reporting the scope of works for any further works required due to electricity demand.
