Services of a Test Lead Role of Test Lead: ? Preparing test requirements for creation of Statement of Work by the HSS testing team ? Review test plans, analyse test results and make recommendations on findings ? Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and report on test activities ensuring deadlines are met ? Co-ordinate and perform internal project team tests on software applications and computer systems, identifying and fixing issues ? Identify and recommend opportunities to switch from manual testing to automation to maximize efficiency ? Provide regular communication and reports on progress to achieve project targets
