Building Services (Property Refurbishment) William Street Northbridge

EPRA wishes to obtain Expressions of Interest from appropriately qualified building contractors to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment program of thirteen (13) properties owned by EPRA and located on the eastern side of William Street in Northbridge. These properties are part of a State Heritage precinct and one property (Rechabites Hall) is Heritage listed in its own right.

The services include:

Internal and external demolition works

Upgrade building works including external heritage facades, structural, mechanical electrical and hydraulics services.

EPRA will select the successful contractor through a two stage approach:

Stage 1, Expression of Interest (EOI) - interested parties present their credentials and are shortlisted; and

Stage 2, Request for Tender (RFT) - shortlisted respondents are invited to provide a quotation for the undertaking of the refurbishment works.
