Department of Finance - Supreme Court (civil) - Main Contractor MANDATORY SITE VISIT A mandatory site inspection and / or tender briefing will be held on the 23 February 3pm. The tender briefing will provide tenderers the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender. To confirm attendance at this briefing, you must contact: Louise Armstrong (6551-1886). Failure to attend the tender briefing will result in the tenderer being ineligible for further consideration. A register of attendees will be maintained for the mandatory site inspection and tender briefing. The legal entity tendering must be specifically registered on the register of attendees in order for an offer to be considered valid from that entity. The site inspection / tender briefing for up to two (2) representative per tenderer will be conducted at: 23 Barrack Street, Mirvac Site Office, for sign in to site register. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be the responsibility of the tenderer and at a minimum should include hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses and safety shoes.
