Description

~~The purpose of this document is to provide an overview, methodology and scope for the development of Asset Management Plans and 20 year CAPEX reports.
The aim of the project is to:
• Provide the State Government and State Sporting Associations an understanding of the current level of their facilities, the required maintenance of the facility and costs associated in maintaining their facility at an optimum level over the next 20 years.
• The information gathered within the plans will be used to inform Strategic Asset Plans and State Government investment decision.
The data developed and contained within the completed reports will be used to inform Strategic Asset Planning (SAP) and State Government investment decision.
The department has identified up to ten facilities requiring new and or updated Asset Management Plans.
Delivery of these plans will be in a number of stages. In the initial appointment, the successful respondent will be engaged to undertake three asset management plans. The initial engagement will include:
• The Mirrabooka International Softball Stadium
• WA Eight-ball Centre
• WA Smallbore Facility
