Description
The Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) has a requirement for the provision of grounds maintenance services for Muresk Institute, Northam.
The Services are required for an intial period of one (1) year followed by two (2) extension options, each of 12 months duration, exercisable at the absolute discretion of DTWD.
The Gardening Services will comprise of:
(a) Lawn Mowing and Gardening Services;
(b) General Maintenance Services; and
(c) Pool Cleaning Services.
The redevelopment of Muresk Insitute has aimed to maintain the site as an iconic community asset and focal point for training and higher education as well as expanding the range of courses delivered there. Muresk Institute will be promoted to training and education providers and other organisations requiring training or boarding facilities and has been developed as a multi-functional training and education facility.
