Description
The Playford Alive project is looking to appoint an experienced and registered sales agent to provide real estate services to the Playford Alive project.
Tenderers will be required to provide commission rate(s) applicable to the following services:
- Vacant allotments;
- Development sites;
- Residential products; and
- Refurbished homes.
Tenderers will also be requested to provide additional services of (but not limited to): Sales and information centre management and resources; enquiry and customer management, property searches, database management, real estate listings, sales support, appraisals, property photography and floor plans as required, contract management, sales reporting and forecasting and ad hoc requests.
