Description
Joplin Court Reserve requires major upgrade to continue to serve the local community and to support the increased use of the site.
The existing playground and the shelter have reached the end of useful life. Both will be removed and replaced with larger new playground and a new modern shelter in a different location within the reserve.
Other objectives of this project are: installation of irrigation and a water fountain for the middle section of the reserve, installation of footpaths along existing desire lines, installation of solar lighting, extensive tree planting.
