Description
The Tender is to complete Fresh Valuations for the Municipal Area as at 1 July 2018 for three valuation bases - Land Value (LV), Capital Value (CV) and Assessed Annual Value (AAV), including statistical analysis, reviews, investigations and inspections. It also includes preparation of correspondence and reports, responding to queries from a property owner as well as prepare appropriate Court documentation for Court related actions.
