Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance and Department of Education (DoE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Roof Repair and Replacement Works at East Fremantle Primary School, Falcon Primary School and Hampton Senior High School. The works comprise repairs and replacement as described in the RFT documentation, including but not limited to:
East Fremantle Primary School
- Removal and replacement of tecscrews and dektites
- Replacement of roof sheets, skylight sheets and flashings as specified
- ACM remediation in ceiling space of Admin/Teaching Block
- Removal, servicing and reinstallation of air conditioning units
- Installation of new rain head and downpipe extension
Falcon Primary School
- Removal and replacement of tecscrews and dektites
- Replacement of roof sheets, skylight sheets, seals, gutters and flashings as specified
- Removal and reinstallation of air conditioning units
Hampton Senior High School
- Re-roof of D&T block from tiled to tin roofing and associated works
