Site Visit: Builders wishing to submit a tender for these works are requested to attend a site briefing and inspection to be held:

All persons attending the site inspection/briefing, shall note that Perth Zoo is a fully operational facility and that access is controlled.
There will be one (1) site inspection. Alternative inspections/briefings, will not be possible.
All persons entering the site will be strictly controlled and must follow the direction of staff.
Attendance at the site inspection is limited to 2 members per tenderer.
No Persons will be permitted to access any area without a staff escort.
Photo's are forbidden unless specifically authorised by staff.
Any breach of these protocols will be grounds for immedicate eviction from the site.
Note: Although the site inspection/briefing is not mandatory, this a multi-stage project, within a fully operational facility, and those wishing to thender are advised to attend. Tender submissions will need to include confirmation that the tenderer is fully conversant with the conditions on site and the associated risks.
