Provision of a New Car Park and Associated Works at Osborne Primary School, Albert Road, Osborne Park WA 6017.

Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from Suitable Companies with recent experience in school projects to undertake the construction of a New Car Park and Associated Works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Osborne Primary School.

Please note: Companies are required to undertake construction elements of a structural nature in accordance with the tender specification. Tenderers must nominate the Registered Builder that they intend to engage for this portion of the works.

A mandatory site inspection will take place at Wednesday12th March 2014 10am at Osborne Primary School, Albert Road, Osborne Park WA 6017

The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
