Description
The City of Onkaparinga is seeking registrations of interest from Building Contractors to undertake civil works to create new roads and underground services, including new office/amenities at the Christies Beach Tourist Park.
The building works element is approximately 300 square metres.
The anticipated construction cost is within the range of $1.0 - $1.3m.
The site is Sydney Crescent, Christies Beach in the state of South Australia.
Builder registrations of interest should be submitted using an Application Form available from the SA Tenders & Contracts website (www.tenders.sa.gov.au) and should address the following:
- DTEI prequalification of Category 2 or higher, (although this is not a DTEI managed project
- Indicate relevant experience on similar projects
- Provide key personnel proposed for this project, including CV's describing expertise and experience in similar projects.
- Confirmation of resource availability to commence construction in October 2007
- QA compliance and summary of in house quality systems
- O H W & S compliance
- Evidence of relevant insurances
It is expected the contractual agreement will be made using AS 2124.
