Description
As part of the Playford Alive project Renewal SA is developing broad acre land in Munno Para. Playford Alive involves the physical and community renewal of the existing northern Adelaide suburbs of Davoren Park and Smithfield Plains linked to the development of more than 500 hectares of greenfield land located at Munno Para, Munno Para Downs, Andrew’s Farm (South) and Penfield. The project is providing new and refurbished housing along with new schools, commercial/retail opportunities and recreation facilities and will increase the population throughout the project area by more than 20,000 people. The civil works activities to be delivered through this Services Contract form part of the key activities comprised within the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 Playford Alive Business Plan. |
