Provision Of A Service For The Search, Inventory, Packing And Removal Of Goods And Waste Removal From Properties Under The Control Of The Public Trustee

Broadly, the services required can be summarised as follows.

Search of properties: to take digital photographs; to search for and locate cash, jewellery, valuables and key documents; to identify items having no commercial or sentimental value.

Inventories and valuations: to conduct and provide an inventory of the contents of residential properties. The inventory to also estimate the auction value of the goods (including furniture effects jewellery and motor vehicles);

Pack and remove goods; to pack goods at the residence and transport them to specified locations within the metropolitan area. The volume of goods to be packed and transported will vary from a few cubic meters to an entire houseful of goods.

Remove Waste: to dispose of all kitchen and other household waste, rubbish and goods having no commercial value.
