There is now a need to prepare the project and the Nyoongar community for its presentation to government at the executive level. As part of this a preliminary stage for the project is required to be planned and costed.
The capacity of the Nyoongar community needs to be analysed and if warranted, developed to ensure if the full project is funded that the Nyoongar community would be in a position and have the capacity to deliver.
