Supply of Qiagen Reagents, Kits and Consumables, PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA

PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA (PathWest) have a fleet of 38 Qiagen instruments across the organisation at QEII Medical Centre (QEII) and Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) that perform a range of molecular testing for multiple disciplines including: Immunology;Molecular Haematology;Microbiology;Diagnostic Genomics; andAnatomical Pathology Services are provided to public and private sector clients, with the majority of instruments performing DNA extractions used for tests that include: HLA (Human Leukocyte Antigens) Typing Assays;Typing by NGS (Next Generation Sequencing); andOther specialist assays. There is an extensive list of consumables, reagents, and kits specific to the fleet of Qiagen instruments that are required to carry out the above services. The Head Agreement established as a result of this Request will constitute a standing offer arrangement whereby the Customer can place Orders for reagents, kits and consumables on an ?as required? basis throughout the Term.
