Buddina SS ? PWD Amenities (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a PWD Amenities at
Buddina SS, located at Iluka Avenue & Tumut Street, Buddina QLD 4575, as part of the Ed4All (ED4ALL) program.

The proposed refurbishment of the amenities at Buddina SS includes Block C and Junior and Senior Amenities Blocks. The
relevant blocks are located in the centre of the school campus, with limited site access and working space. All works are to be
completed by September 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
 Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
 Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 2,000.000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required

to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
