Description

Urban Utilities delivers water and sewerage services to 1.6 million customers across its service territory. The effective maintenance of the water and sewage networks related assets is essential to ensure the continuity of services to the community, to manage Urban Utilities’ risk, and to minimise the cost to serve in the long run.

Urban Utilities has developed a new maintenance delivery strategy called “One System for Maintenance”. The strategy seeks to deliver improvements across key maintenance delivery performance outcomes.

To enable the “One System for Maintenance” strategy, Urban Utilities is seeking a partner to deliver the Mechanical, Electrical and Control Systems Infrastructure Maintenance Services under a collaborative model.

The contract period is anticipated to be for 5 years, with an option for a 5-year renewal. The estimated contract value is approximately $50 mil per annum.
