Provision of Project Portfolio Management Solution Implementation Services and Licensing

The Western Australia Police Force requires provision of a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution provided ‘as a service’ and is seeking offers that will provide an integrated technology solution to support and manage the project lifecycle from concept initiation through to completion. The PPM solution will need to be adaptable, scalable, user friendly and will include a structured implementation plan, training and ongoing systems service support.

The PPM solution will support the agency’s project governance framework and assist Program/Project Managers and Project Teams to plan, monitor and deliver a range of agency wide projects throughout the lifecycle from concept initiation to project delivery and closure.

This solution should centralise the management of projects to facilitate the achievement of organisational objectives through structured resource management and considered benefits, risks, and contingencies. Additionally, the PPM should have the capacity for an end to end digitised solution to facilitate the monitoring and reporting at portfolio level for multiple projects, providing a single solution. Furthermore, this opportunity will reduce Agency project risk through appropriately tailored and focused governance and assurance activities.
