Description
This project involves the internal refurbishment to the Regimental Head Quarters including -
• Replacement of the existing air-conditioning system and associated equipment including external Computer Room Air-Conditioning (CRAC) unit
• Provide internal refurbishment, inclusive of sanitary and plumbing fixtures, kitchenette appliances and cabinets
• Installation of Swipe Card Security System for the Regimental Museum
• Remodel of the Museum Ceiling
• Removal of redundant ICT fixtures
• Installation of LED Lighting to prevent deterioration of unit memorabilia
• Fully concrete staff breakout area
• Installation of all-weather cover and privacy screens
• Installation of window tint and had wash basin in Regimental Parents Room
• Replacement of damaged windowsills on ground and first floors
• Clean, seal and refurbish first floor balcony
• Refit the Orderly Room pull down grate with privacy covering
• Installation of Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliant handicapped access ramp to the front and rear entrances.
