DEMOLITION OF EXISTING AD CONSTRUCTION OF THREE NEW TOILET BLOCKS WITHIN INSKIP PENINSULA RECREATION AREA

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the demolition of existing and construction of three new toilet amenities at Inskip Recreational Area.

The Department of National Parks, Sport and Racing through the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal) is inviting offers from contractors for the demolition of existing toilet block(s) and construction of three new Toilet Blocks within the Inskip Peninsula Recreation Area, as per this Project Brief and attachments. The successful Contractor will assume the role of Principal Contractor over the site. A minimum of PQC Level 1 is mandatory for this project.

Construction is to be carried out in accordance with Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia and the works should be carried out with minimal disruption to the public.

The Department ideally requires practical completion by 30 June 2015, however understands that time pressures may increase pricing associated with delivery. Contractors are requested to submit 2 pricing options:

1. One price for services reaching practical completion by 30 June 2015; and
2. One price reaching practical completion by July 17 2015
