Pre-Qualification for Event Transport Management (ETM) Services for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) and the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation (GOLDOC) require the services of an Event Transport Management (ETM) Provider to plan and prepare the event bus networks for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games (GC2018).

The first stage of the procurement process encompasses the pre-qualification of organisations to perform the role of the ETM Provider. This may be a single entity or a consortium made up of multiple entities.

To assist Proponents with their response to the Pre-Qualification Invitation, additional information is contained in a Data Room accessible through a secure online platform called Ansarada. Please refer to Volume 1 of the Invitation to Pre-Qualification for access details.

Transport and Main Roads and GOLDOC are also seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from organisations interested in providing bus services for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, including bus operators based in Queensland.
