Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Description of Works at Premises. The Work includes but is not limited to the following: Supply and install of submains from WP LV Kiosk to new SMSB works Supply and install of submains from New SMSB to existing SMSB Supply and install of New SMSB complete with new concrete plinth Supply and install of Consumer Main cablesNew underground conduits and ACO 99 pitsMetallic fence modificationAssociated builders workTesting and Commissioning. Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
