A detailed Superyacht Business Case is required to assess the feasibility of providing Superyacht attraction at the Ocean Reef Marina and to confirm the exact design and facility that would be required to try to successfully attract the vessels. The Business Case will also explore the economic benefits with the balanced interests of a Marina Manager that has limited revenue recovery options via its waterside pens and leasehold land areas.
