NETM Evaluation Survey Provider - WPCA-RSE-22-004

The NETM program will comprise the development and delivery of 100 micro-credentials over a four-year piloting period, with an expected target of 25 in the first year. Industry partners will co-design and co-deliver micro-credentials to ensure training is relevant and meets industry skills demands in the priority industries of the Western Parkland City. NETM Education and Training Providers with proven capacity and capability to deliver innovative, high-quality learning will be contracted to deliver NETM micro-credentials in collaboration with industry partners. To assess the efficacy and outcomes achieved by the NETM pilot, the Authority will be implementing an evaluation framework that sets out the source of outcomes metrics, evaluation instruments and data processes for NETM evaluation and reporting over the life of the pilot. Surveys of learners, employers, industry partners and education providers will be a key source of evaluation data to assess individual micro-credentials as well as the NETM process overall. The Authority seeks to secure an expert survey provider to design, review and deliver NETM evaluation surveys to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of data collected, maximise survey response rates and ensure survey design and delivery reflects industry best practice.
