Description
The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking submissions for the replacement of 177 existing floor concealed fan coil units located throughout the Parliamentary Annexe building.
The upgrade of associated systems includes:
- replacement of hydronic fittings;
- upgrade of BMCS backbone with HLI; and
- graphics and new room controllers with HLI.
This is regarded as a time critical project and submissions that provide documented evidence of the ability to meet the expected completion date will be evaluated accordingly.
