CBD Medical Services

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the provision of Advanced First Aid/First Responder medical service (Medic) coverage at three inner Brisbane Railway stations during weekday peak commuter travel times.

Depending on requirements these services specifically include:

• Provide advanced first aid/first responder medical services, including but not limited to:
  • Initial assessment and quality treatment of a patient on Queensland Rail property;
  • The facilitation of handover to Queensland Ambulance Service if required;
  • Provide a quality pre-hospital care capability; and
  • Provide a care consistent with the training and scope of a “medic/first responder”.

It does not include Paramedic services.
