WPCA Climate Change Risk Management Response - WPCA000398/22

The WPCA has legislative and duty of care requirements to effectively identify climate change risks at all levels of the business and put effective adaptation actions in place to manage the risks identified. This scope of works will include risk assessment and development of an adaptation response for: - Organizational- impacts to organizational objectives, that can be managed and monitored via the existing enterprise risk management framework - Program (or the delivery of Bradfield)- impacts to achieving sustainability aspirations of the Master Plan and WPCA Sustainability and Resilience Targets, which need to be managed via effective risk assessment and adaptive management responses - Delivery Project- impacts to achieving project outcomes, which need to be managed via effective risk assessment and actioning of specific adaptation actions
