Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the SEP block at Sandgate District State High School, located at 41 Braun St, Deagon, as part of the Schools Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.
The project includes the complete internal refurbishment of the classroom block, with some minor external work. Works are to commence during Term 3, and be completed by 2 October 2019. See ‘programme’ in the Letter to Tenderers for more details.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
