Description of the goods and services to be provided
1. Legal services on commercial and contractual matters relating to the NSW Ambulance Fixed Wing Services Contract, Helicopter Services Contracts, and Grant Funding Agreements. 2. Services may include: a. Contract variation proposals and finalisation (advice and drafting of contract documents); b. Sensitive contract governance matters, e.g. requests for waivers, matters relating to Contract non-compliance (advice and drafting of correspondences); c. Contingency arrangements (advice and drafting of contract documents); d. Contracts for goods/services that support the primary aeromedical contracts (advice and drafting of contract documents); and e. Matters relating to the existing or future NSW Ambulance retrieval aeromedical network.
