Description of the goods and services to be provided
Undertake the upgrade of the CIU Animal House at the Animal Nutrition Building DPI Pine Gully Road, Wagga Wagga. The works include: – Divert, relocate and install new service lines and infrastructure as required to make all new existing fittings, fixtures and services fully operable and fit for purpose.Ensure that all necessary steps are taken for the protection of Animal building furniture/property against dust, paint spills etc and any damage. Any damage caused to any Animal building property will be the full responsibility of the contractor.Where works involve the disturbing of grassed areas the contractor will repair these areas and returf.Work and tolerances to be in accordance with the National Construction Code of Australia (NCC) and applicable Australian Standards and Department of Fair Trading “A guide to Standards and tolerances”.
