The Supplier/s shall provide routine inspection, testing and maintenance of all essential fire safety measures in accordance with Australian Standards AS1851- 2012 and AS2293.2-2019 with all routine maintenance and testing up to and including all 12 monthly tests and Annual Condition Reports. The whole of the work covered by these contracts shall be carried out by a recognised maintenance contractor, in accordance with modern practice, employing fully trained and competent tradespersons, using appropriate work methods, tools, machines and equipment.
