The department is seeking offers for the supply, delivery and installation of an automated thermal desorption unit. This purchase will be connected to existing hardware owned by the department to form a gas chromatogram electroantennographic detection automated thermal desorption unit system which will significantly support our ability to identify biologically active insect and plant volatiles (such as pheromones and synomones) that can be used in developing sustainable pest management systems in forest, horticultural and agricultural crops.
