Provision of a Licensed Real Estate Agent/Land Project Marketer for Clearview Rise - Bowen Street, Roma ( Re-issued)

The ULDA is currently calling for Expressions of Interest from Licensed Real Estate Agent/Land Project Marketer (not Investment Marketer) to represent the ULDA on the Clearview Rise project located in Bowen Street, Roma.

The Licensed Real Estate Agent/Land Project Marketer representative will be required to be located on site a minimum of 5 days per week in a ULDA delivered Sales and Information Centre (located on Lot 124 of the Masterplan). Until this permanent office is completed, a temporary centre will be made available.

The Licensed Real Estate Agent/Land Project Marketer representative will be required to attend briefing at ULDA office in Brisbane and attend an inspection of the ULDA model estate at Fitzgibbon Chase, Brisbane.

The Licensed Real Estate Agent/Land Project Marketer representative will be required to assist ULDA to manage onsite builder’s sales, follow up sales and finance approvals, and prepare reports for entering into Sales Management program and other reports as deemed necessary by the ULDA, perform opening and closing duties and generally represent the ULDA in its Roma endeavours.
