This RFQ is an offer inviting a selected Market Stimulus Panel (SR00630 Head Agreement) member accredited in the HEER Method - Activity Definition D16 of the ESS Rule to establish a forward contract for the supply of Energy Savings Certificates (ESCs) to the Department. The Department is only purchasing ESCs that have been created by the awarded tenderer for AC activities delivered under the HEER Method - Activity Definition D16 in NSW. This RFQ is being run as a direct negotiation procurement under Market Stimulus Panel SR00630 Head Agreement.
