Further to Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU) Industry Briefing in December 2011, QUU is seeking an organisation that can provide a number of ICT services. This organisation should be able to demonstrate their capability and capacity to be able to directly contract with QUU for the majority of the in-scope IT Service Towers, which are:

2. Centralised Computing Services
3. Service Desk Services
4. Applications Services
5. Distributed Computing Services
