Mayfield State School DDA Access and New Covered Links (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of new DDA Access to existing Block F as well as new covered links between the existing OSHC building and basketball courts at Mayfield State School, located at Paget St, Carina QLD 4152.

DDA Access to Block F includes: new chair lift and all associated works and a new concrete path. Builder is to allow for all certification. All works are to be completed by November 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
